Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting information through any affiliated forms (including but not limited to QR code submissions and Typeform pages), purchasing any product or service, or participating in any experience offered by Dr. Honeybrew, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These services are provided by NOOOOOOO FUTURE LLC, a New York limited liability company.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website, submit information, or purchase any services.
Nature of Services
All services provided by Dr. Honeybrew, including but not limited to coffee readings, events, and digital submissions, are offered for entertainment purposes only. These services are interpretive and subjective in nature and are not intended to provide legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
By purchasing or participating in any service, you acknowledge and agree that any information provided is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or predictive of future outcomes.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:
Dissatisfaction with a reading or interpretation
Disagreement with the content of a reading
Outcomes that do not meet personal expectations
Perceived lack of accuracy or relevance
By completing a purchase, you agree that you are receiving a service that is fulfilled upon delivery and therefore not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a booked session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the service without refund.
Digital Products & Submitted Readings
For digital services, including submitted coffee readings, all purchases are considered fulfilled once the reading has been completed and delivered. These services are not eligible for cancellation or refund after submission or delivery.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing any product or service, you agree to first contact NOOOOOOO FUTURE LLC to attempt to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.
You acknowledge that initiating a chargeback for a service that has been delivered, or in contradiction to this stated refund policy, may be considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
NOOOOOOO FUTURE LLC reserves the right to provide evidence of these Terms & Conditions, along with proof of service delivery, in response to any dispute.
Refusal of Service
NOOOOOOO FUTURE LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State of New York, NOOOOOOO FUTURE LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of services or reliance on any information provided.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
